what can I do about these barking dogs on my street?

they dont stop ever. and no one cares but me.
Its so anoying and I get headaches from it.
The dogs bark at nothing for hours and hours with this anoying repetative bark.
there are about 8 houses on my street with these kennel dogs.

Check with Animal Control to see if these people are allowed to have a kennel there. It may be against the law.

If they never stop barking there should be a noise law of some kind.

I was reported for my dogs barking by the only person on the street that did not have a dog. There were so many complaints the head of AC came out & we stood & talked for at least a half hour or more to see how much my dogs barked. They barked 3 times, at a cat down the street about 4 houses down, it was in the road, they barked at a neighbor getting into his car, they barked at people walking down the street, from the first moment the set foot on this street til they reached the other end of the street. So they did bark a lot in that half hour or so. But........

Head of AC said she saw nothing wrong here & stated it was no different than her yard of dogs. No citation. Check to see if they are even permitted for a kennel.

Are Kennels (Dog Breeders) required to charge sales tax on puppies they sell to individuals?

Are they suppose to remit sales tax to the state they operate in for the puppies that have been sold?

Probably, but check with your state revenue department.
