Traveling with Small Doggie? What to know?

ok so i am travling with my 6 month old morki (maltese-yorkie mix) to orlando, fl. im driving, and it'll take about 8-10 hours to get there from my house.
I AM going to a dog-safe hotel, just to let you know.
is ther anything i need to know other than the basic stuff everyone would know?
i know i have to
-take bathroom breaks- wouldn't be a problem we practically stop every half hour
-she will get her own seat (my little princcess xD) and i will put her blankets on the seat
-im taking her crate, her food, her dishes, brush, toys, and whatever she still needs

is there anything else i should know or take? thanks!

bring water from home.. some dogs dont adjust to strange water well.

bring her vet records with you, just in case.

make sure she is microchipped/ microchip is updated, and she also has a collar with tags.

OK well im doing a dog hotel and i just want to know if everything i have is enough, dog shelter, fence connected to dog shelter, dog beds, food, water, chew toys and a leash. If theres anything else i need to have let me know. Thanks!

im not really experienced in that buisness but when i left my dogs a "hotels" i loved it when i got them back cleaned and bathed not stinky and dirtyy from the kennels so maybe that would be a great service you could do.
