How to advertise my dog walking services?

I asked a query a while ago about who might be a dog walker, You are able to see it here if you would like.

Anyways I was wondering how I can advertise my services? I was thinking flyer's and creating a facebook (something like that) with my information and qualifications, maybe? I do not have money to place up an ad, I do not use a car or even a license so that it needs to be during my local area/ neighborhood (i'd travel by bicycle or rollerblades for people who are a bit further away).

About how much must i charge?
And how should I charge (by hour, per dog)?
Should I charge less for small dogs?
Should I ad a little extra for difficult dogs?
if so how much do you think?

Flyers around the neighborhood and business cards on people's doors. I'd estimate 10-15 dollars per dog, per walk (walk should be about an hour). List qualifications and, for this type of work, REFERENCES on your ad (ask permission to use references of course).

Some suggestions?

I want to put an ad for the paper about if anyone needs a dog walker or a personal assistant call my number. But I don't want pettifiles and perverts calling me so should I say women only or take the risk?

You might be better off making flyer's and handing them out door to door. It gives you a chance to meet your neighbors, a chance for them to meet you. Plus they might know someone who needs that kind of service or maybe they need some help with something else that you could help with.

When I was young, I helped the older folks in my neighborhood by going to the grocery store, help with cleaning the house, and gardening.
