How do I train my dog to stay outside without crying/howling/barking

Every time I put her outside on her dog run, she starts howling and barking. I'd like to train her to stay outside without making a racket. We give her water and toys while she's out, but all she does is bark. Any tips?

If this is knew to her and she's use to being inside shes probably doing it for attention. No really, my dog did that when he was first a pup but then we built a run in the garden for him and at first he did nothing but howling and bark the night away. Its best to just ignore them. Dont even look at her, may sound harsh but dogs are very clever and know that if you look at them then their barking has got your attention.

Leave her to get use to it for while, she'll get bored with idea of barking after a while.

Ok so i have a male chihuahua and a female pug puppy who i have been trying to train and its not going so well

the chihuahua gets pretty mean at times, and the pug puppy has been spoiled and now she is acting like a brat. I am trying to teach them not to bark at everyone they see and i want to teachthem boundarie (bad spelling) lines as well as the basic sit and stay commands

what are some good tips for training them, i have treats and a clicker, how would i go about training them
oh and i dont have the money at the moment to take them to a training class (petsmarts cost over $100 per session)
