Dog training indoors?

Have a small puppy 10wks old started training to go outdoors still having problems with dog peeing in house. Want to use the grass kit they have for dogs to use indoors would it be hard to get dog to get use to going the grass, piddle pads do not work dog just drags them around and chew on them. And tried the litter for dogs, dog eats it. So need help on this

The US Army should train dogs for war?

Since Al Qaeda like to use suicide bomb we should do the same. We shouldn't have to sacrifice our own man but our man best friend instead. We should train dogs to chase terrorist whil wearing a bomb kit.We train them by having a person dress like a terrorist give the dogs food when they run toward them. I believe this should be a good tactic to save human lives.

We do have bomb dogs, just not suicide bomb dogs.

Dog handlers are very attached to their canine companions. Just like police K9 officers, the loss of a dog can be very hard.

Besides, that's what we have Predator drones for. Bad guys die and good guys are safe at home.
