Help writing an informative speech about a pet boarding business?

I have to write a speech about my dream career. I would love to open up a dog/cat boarding business one day and want to write an informative speech about that. I have to pick out 2-3 main points with supporting material along with 5 works cited from credible sources. Can anyone help me figure out some main points and help finding some credible sources with statistics? It would also help getting some information from anyone who has worked or owns a boarding business. What are the daily activities? Education requirements? benefits?
I am doing this speech on my own, I have some ideas for main points but I wanted other peoples opinions. Thanks.

Poll: Do you think boarding kennels for cats and dog should have cameras in them and why?

The one I take my dog to does. It is a new building on a farm and when the owners are in the main house at night they can still monitor the animals. As for my being able to access it from my laptop that would be even better.
