is this a good price?
thanks :)
we usually have a friend watch them but this is just in case we really have to go somewhere and they can't come and no one can watch them

Prices don't sound bad. Boarding places I have used include either the walk in the price or time at the doggy day care. Either one or the other are very important for your dog. If your dog is well socialized, add the day care option. I left my dog at the daycare/boarding and he had so much fun he wasn't sure he wanted to come home.

Dog Boarding Service

How much do you pay to board your dog?

Please include details as to the services offered, extra charges, type of dog, whether they have a decent yard for the dog, and whether it's a kennel or a small part time boarding place.

$25 a day, size of dog doesn't matter, dog owner provides food, in the home of a dog trainer, chain link fenced large yard with lawn and bush, always at least one other dog there, sometimes as many as 4 or 5, dogs sometimes left without supervision for a few hours if the trainer has boarded all the dogs present before and knows they get along and aren't escape artists, dog door and kennels in garage so dogs can be in or out as they wish, but when she's home they have free access to the whole house, and she tells me all the boarders want to sleep on her bed but usually have to settle for the bedroom floor. Most of her boarding dogs have a blast and are very happy to return. Many are there regularly.
