Anyone knows about Cesar Millan- celebrities dog trainer?

I came across his appearance in Oprah show, books and DVDs and interested to follow his approach. Some say he is quite not humane when it comes to train dogs? Any opinions?
When I read about the civil lawsuit against him lately in Yahoo search engine, I have my doubts!

Cesar Millan is a brilliant trainer - the best I've ever seen on tv. He has his own show on National Geographic channel called "The Dog Whisperer". His methods are VERY humane and based on solid principles of dog psychology.

As to the lawsuit, Cesar is not being sued personally. His business is being sued because one of his employees ALLEGEDLY left a dog unattended on a treadmill and the dog was injured. That's what the owner claims. Cesar was not even there at the time. Remember - many people sue celebs, hoping for a big payoff to avoid bad publicity.

Treadmills are great for exercising dogs, although in some cities it is illegal to own them because people training pit bulls to fight use them to get their dogs in top condition. Obviously, a dog should not be tied to one and left alone. If this is indeed what happened, the jury will decide. Innocent until PROVEN guilty, I say. And it doesn't mean that Cesar is a bad trainer - just that his employee used bad judgment.
