Im gonna get a dog but im unsure of what breed is best for me.?

okay... im looking for a big dog that loves to cuddle and would be okay off the leash out in public like if i were to take them to the beach or the park to play fetch. i absolutely love love love the rottweilers but my only fear is that it will be hard to socialize them because of other peoples fear of them. im also looking for a dog that is good with other dogs.. i know basically any dog can be good at all these things with the proper training but im just woundering what some people personal experiences are... i love shepherds and bernese mountain dogs i just think that there is too much hair there for me..hahha.. thanks for reading and i hope you have some good stories for me

O I'm so happy to answer you question! Your fear with the rottweiler is very common but they are not impossible to train. They are Alpa dogs meaning they like to take charge so a stern trainer is needed. I respect you love for the rottie but you've described a totally different dog!!! From your description i believe a golden retriever would be best. They are very eager to please and easy to train, however, I noticed that you don't like lots of hair and their is a quick fix for that! You could get a goldendoodle. That's a mix between a golden retriever and a poodle. They hardly shed and they are EXTREMELY SMART! With your expectations i be live this is your dog breed!

I know all dogs are different, and with training you can make a dog bark (and not bark) on command.

However, generally speaking, how noisy are Bernese mountain dogs?

My niece's barks whenever someone comes to their house and when she needs to go out. And that is about it
