Dog Training Please Help!! ?

I have two puppies and they are difficult to say the least. They are both about 2 1/2 or 3, and they have forgotten all of their obedience training. Basic things like Sit and Stay and the like. I'm going to try to re-train them and I wanted to know are they too old? Any training tips? And lately the dachshund has had a problem with biting? How do I work with that? She has been biting a lot and refusing to be collared or leashed or touched. Please Help! And no rude answers!

I know firsthand having dogs that will not obey is very upsetting. But there is hope! It will take lots of time and attention. I would suggest training each dog separately. What kind of dog collar is best?

I have a 2 year old yellow lab. She is a very big puppy!!! She doesn't walk on a leash very well, i have a training lead thingy but it doesn't seem to work. She doesn't like the muzzle part. Should a get a choke collar? What are your opinions on them, and do they really work as a well as everyone say?

Have someone teach you how to use a prong collar...the pulling will stop in the first few minutes and training will become alot easier since there will be no need for hard corrections.
A harness is not made for training dogs, it is made for horses and dogs that are actually pulling and encourages that behavior.
A halti is dangerous as well...have you ever seen a dog hit the end of a leash wearing one? No pretty.
